  1. "Whom God loves He reproves. As a father in the son in whom he delights". The complete impunity, lack of consequences and no red lines that the Israelis have been enjoying for far too long has done them no good whatsoever. The US and other nations have created a monster child that eats itself up with lies, stealing, killing and destruction. Each generation getting worse than the one who came before it. The spilling of innocent blood can't be the norm of the world and this region. At this point a mass slaughter, starvation and spread of disease is being employed against the Palestinian people. None of this is what I thought the US stood for. I always believed that something like this is something we would always stand against. I want to believe in my nation again. I want to feel somewhat proud or at least greatful once again that I was born in a just and godly nation. A nation who would run to aid of the oppressed and stop injustice in its tracts or at least not support it. I thought we learned something from our own history, that wrongs that we had done were being made right and that we became better, more, grew in wisdom, since our own beginning. I pray that one day I will see that I was right. But I'm not seeing that at this time.
