The unborn baby has no idea where it's at other then being safely in the womb. As long as the mother is receiving appropriate medical care and a healthy diet, the unborn baby is as safe there as anywhere. Not being exposed to drugs, alcohol or a revenge shooting from her victims family or friends. If she is released you can bet that there will be even more women that deliberately get pregnant while waiting for their sentencing if they are free on bond. It happens all the time.
