That men see women as less than them and sexual violence against them is somehow not a big deal. Just from reported statistics 1 in 3 females will be sexually assaulted during their lives. I found one survey extremely disturbing. When asked what men and women fear most in regard to the opposite sex, Men's top fear was that a woman would laugh at them. Women's top fear was that a man would kill them. Those are very different concerns. With so many states passing laws to restrict female rights. I only see a future where males see themselves as superior. Unfortunately even so called Christian churches have failed daughters of God. Only teaching half of a chapter of a scripture, "Wives, submit to your husband" Yet forgetting "Husbands love your wife as Christ loved the Church, giving Himself for her". Jesus died for his Bride, the church. Too many men think that all women should submit to them, Nope, that's a nope nope. Or that an abusive man is doing his part in a godly marriage. Nope, he isn't. He should protect his wife and give of himself, his desires, wishes and wants to make her happy, safe and be his crown in glory.
