  2. I understand that she needed to be arrested, but why did they have to use an unmarked van with officers in plain clothes? That just makes it look like a kidnapping. Use some common sense here.

  3. Chilo Gutierrez The issue is not if she should have been arrested or not, rather it was how she was arrested. The cops wore plain clothes and were in an unmarked vehicle. Nobody could tell she was being arrested. It looked just like a kidnapping.
