  2. Seems like the guy @ 2:36 + the Mandarin speaker @ 1:40 didn't check the forecast; I'm not traveling + I always do. Interesting that SCMP could not find a local resident who was complaining. Also, the guy @ 2:36 should not expect Hong Kongers to speak English; he was not in the States.
