@MSDGroup-ez6zk From the beginning, China took a consistent, fair leading role: -condemning ALL attacks on civilians, perpetrated both by Hamas + Israel -called for a ceasefire as early as 10/9/23 -on 10/16/23 said Israel had gone TOO FAR in "defending herself", while repeatedly bombing Gaza. India, on the other hand, initially copied Biden's stance. But later Modi saw how the global majority supported Gaza, and after the attack on the Alhi Arab Hosp, Modi flip-flopped, + opportunistically started to show sympathy toward Palestinians.

@liljs4189 Where is your proof that it is presently a "fad" to support Palestine ??? A Jewish lady, Ariel Koren, whom worked @ Google, questioned her employer's policy of silencing Palestinian voices. Subsequently she received so much hostility, she had to leave Google. Huffington Post reported that those in the Biden administration sympathetic to Palestinians have been warned against expressing their feelings. Democracy Now spoke about pro-Palestinian student leaders being "visited" by the FBI; it is unacceptable that American colleges students are being harassed for the sake of Israelis. It isn't wise to label people you don't even know as "ignorant"
