The corporation is democratic, if you look at it. Here is what I believe is the correct analogy between business and govt, as opposed to Wolff's model: Shareholders = citizens Employees = civil servants Board of directors = parliament/congres Ceo = president (parliamentary) President = lead MP/congressman Chairman = speaker CEO+President = president (presidential) A worker-run coop would be like having a civil servant run govt. Giving one man-one vote rather than one share-one vote is a different debate. Division of labour is needed for efficiency. Managers need to manage and workers need to work. Can you imagine having everyone be a doctor on Tuesday and a baker on Wednesday? Whatever happened to "each according to his ability"?

@diegoperezsommariva2509 I would love to see corporations model parliamentary or collegial (swiss) govts. The nominating committee must be reformed or allowed to have multiple to represent corporate political parties (they currently our functioning de facto one party states). Labour Corporate Party could be for better worker rights and hours, Green Corporate Party could be for industrial cleanup and environmental friendly products, etc.
