  5. Just a thought, but why not shrink the parliament? Theres a sweet spot to be found between too small, everybody able to speak, and unrepresentative; and too large, only party leaders able to speak, and very representative.

  7. US accounts for 15% of WHO revenue, but roughly 60% of WHO funds spent in Africa. Not sure its china that has the ear of the WHO. They spend where they feel needed or where lobbied the most. Chinese govt is insular and secretive, but funding is not directed as much into china. But kudos to Taiwan for standing up for it's right to exist.
