I read that politicians will still be able to keep their jobs since they're elected, so that's safe from political operatives abusing the law saying they were harassed to get rid of politician they don't like, but judges are appointed, which means that the govt can remove judges with accusations alone, which they can fabricate by the above. This lessens judicial independence. I'm still a fan of innocent until proven guilty-- Would be nice if that applied to all of us, and not just politicians though.
