  2.  @alexmillertommie13  If I may butt in, many democratic countries can confiscate goods under public need laws and eminent domain, sometimes without compensation. Many countries can and do actually nationalise certain industries when needed or under a political party's ideology. Despite one's opinion on such, it is legal.

  4. Australia seems cool with not suing Italy or astrazenaca for breach of contract. Maybe Australia got their money back...companies give better return and refund policies to countries than to average joe citizens.
