  1. Pretty sure any volunteers with guns will be treated as mercenaries and not POWs, as mercenaries are against the rules of war. Though this would happen anyway as Russia's behaviour towards actual civilians is not good.

  2. Funny how govts have no money, unless they want to spend it on the military or other countries. Perhaps citizens should shout for humanitarian aid...or identify as a defence contractor.

Further, the governor of the virgin Islands must follow the will of the premier unless there are certain circumstances. Surprisingly, this isn't one of them. The premier is still in charge. The cabinet can vote him out. The party can expel him. The parliament can do a vote of no confidence. The Governor shouldn't be involved just yet. American laws don't apply to foreign leaders. They can expel him. They cannot arrest him

  6. My comment about mercenaries only applies to foreign nationals fighting (eg American civilians, British civilians) in ukraine, not ukrainian citizens who are defending their country.
