I want a Senate style trial with half of them on same team as I, if i ever get arrested. Id tell witnesses to not show up too without being charged with witness tampering. Good to be king...err president.

@amberdoll4988 it is fun to watch clips of 10 years ago politician arguing with present day politician (same person).

People will sometimes do that. The idea still gets across. Some say the US is a republic and not a democracy too, despite a constitutional republic being a representative democracy with an elected head of state, as opposed to a constitutional monarchy that is a representative democracy with a hereditary head of state. Both may split the executive into a separate head of state who is the referee and symbol of the nation, and the head of govt who is the political leader (parliamentary - Canada/Germany🇨🇦🇩🇪), split where the head of state runs foreign affairs and the head of govt runs domestic (semi-executive/semi-presidential - France/Russia🇨🇵🇷🇺), merge the two offices (executive/presidential - US/Zimbabwe🇺🇸🇿🇼), or merge but have 7 coequal executives (collegial - Swiss🇨🇭).

The 1993 Russian Constitution is used for defining Russia as a semi-presidential political system, and in the same category as France. And obviously, Zimbabwe is different from the US, but the political system is constitutionally a presidential system as with the US.

Great job security. In the world of us mere mortals, if theres even a hint of harassment or improper actions, you can be forced to resign or be fired.

Imagine if both criminal and civil trials were done this way. Lots of criminals on the streets doing the same crime cos they know they won't be found guilty.

@jedeckart4300 it's not an absolute right to know accusers as courts have ruled. Underage rape victims get a pass in some cases, for example. And the media can release names of accused, but not victim, which is imbalanced (personally i say neither as its supposed to be a court of law not court of public opinion - and it ruins a persons life and financial independence, regardless of trial outcome). I agree though, it should be laid in law.
