  1. What? I lived in Brambleton last year. I still have a rental home I own there. The Birchwood at Brambleton section is for 55+ people. And the metrowalk towns are expensive just because of the metro access and nothing more. It’s sad.z

  2.  @realestatemindset I had 2 but sold 1. That area is in high demand though because the job market in nova is great. You need a HHI of 150k+ at a minimum to live there comfortably. Man I wish I knew you were coming thru that area, would’ve totally walked you through the areaz
