  1. This is sad man. Lennar just walked all over them because they knew they could. Just rush, finish that job, move on. The nationwide builders don’t care at all. I mean those are some big repairs and they’re like “meh”.

  3.  @realestatemindset  yep I just finished the video. You’re right, doesn’t matter how educated you are, they will still prey on people no matter what. Just build a quality home and they can’t even do that. Once they closed, lennar got their money. That’s all they care about
