  1. Unless rate drop, 2024 will be 2023 again. Biggest factor will be unemployment but it’s not feasible with November coming up.

  2.  @realestatemindset  depends on the scenario. If you get laidoff from a FAANG company, you will easily find another job quickly so the numbers are skewed. I don’t buy the official numbers at all.

  5.  @realestatemindset  depends on the field. Lots of tech companies laid off but workers easily get picked up at other firms. Example: someone laid off at Google will just go to another FAANG company or a smaller IT firm. All the data is skewed.
