Around the early 2010s a pop-sci article filled with factual inaccuracies (and an infamous misattributed photograph of a burn victim from the US) caused the internet to believe he was kept alive against his will and treated as some kind of medical experiment, which wasn't the case at all.

He recieved state-of-the-art medical care, including a custom-built medical bed that would constalty spin around to force blood into his extremities through centrifugal action. He was in immense pain but repeatedly expressed a will to live, and his desire to leave the hospital in time to see his family for the new year. Shinohara actually showed marked improvement and survived for over half a year.

It undeniably goes to SpaceX, Elon's one singular success. Only high-speed satellite internet on earth? While Starlink is the fastest satellite internet, that's it's one and only benefit over other satellite internet providers. It has by far the highest price, doesn't have total worldwide coverage, and comes with a 1TB limit to use. Doubled Earth's satellites? SpaceX, but this isn't a good thing, have you ever heard of Kessler syndrome? Only way America can get to space? You aren't supposed to take to heart the entirety of the Talmud, partly because that isn't the point of the Talmud, but also because you literally can't, due to it containing many differing viewpoints. Your own comment is more laughable, given you apparently read the Talmud but didn't immediately make this distinction. Also strange how you would've been able to read it, given it is written entirely in Hebrew and Aramaic.

Irregardless of the opinions of his families and physicians, Japanese law prohibits the ending of one's life unless permission from the subject is granted, and Japanese law took Ouchi saying he wanted to go home to mean he had a will to live, and therefore the physicians treating him were obligated to save his life. He also rarely complained about being in pain when he was conscious.
