Why send Nukes near where Ukraine can target it? Russia can just easily strike Ukraine and NATO countries without it getting closer to them. This is a publicity stunt, they knew they can't win this war and are just showing off their weapon and trying to intimidate the West from helping Ukraine. They won't be using those nukes.

@joeharry32817 Tactical or not, Russia still won't use them as they're the same as using a nuclear weapon by the West, so there's no "Option B or C" they're all the same. So why put them so close to where Ukraine can target them? Maybe Putin is enticing Ukraine to hit that target to get Belarus to join the fight. Maybe.....maybe.....

@joeharry32817 So Russia is putting its tactical nuke in a country where its been known that Rebels have successfully destroyed millions of dollar worth of equipments so that they can have better defence? Yeah, I'm not buying this explaination. This is looking more and more like an attempt in intimidation by Russia in vain, so it's highly likely they're not going to use them like this.
