NATO should have sent troops into Ukraine before the Russian invasion, which it predicted months prior. That would have prevented the invasion and the war. NATO's failure to act was a big mistake.

@milanmarinkovic3016 there is nothing the US would do about it since we respect other countries sovereignity while Russia does not.

At this point it is a repeat of the North vs South Korea war, with neither side able to gain an advantage. Best outcome for Ukraine is a cease fire with a contentious border with Russia. Ukraine should have NATO bases on its territory to ensure its security, if not full NATO membership.

@charlygriffin2828 it would have to accept it just like North Korea and China did. Or Putin would be ousted the hard way.
