  3. Even though ... Harvey Weinstein is a CREEP ... which CRIMINAL THING did he do to land in jail? He had a SUCCESSFUL "modus operandi" going of "money & fame for favors" ... so why would he have to use FORCE? tl;dr He was convicted because it was the OBAMA ERA, where BELIEVING was enough and they invented several new FEELINGS-BASED "crimes" like coercive control or financial abuse and so on to get him.
