  1. ​ @grady7420  Many if not most countries implemented strict measures just like Vietnam did in the beginning of the pandemic but had very different outcomes. How things go is a function of measures that nations can't control, like the average age of the people, climate, natural immunity from similar coronaviruses in the region, outdoor lifestyles, humidity, etc.
