@Magnus_the_red69420 de Gaulle was an absolute coward while other french military leaders stayed and fought and died or got captured or led the resistance he fled to the U.K. as soon as he could and stated there for the entire duration of the war, then demanded to lead the troops liberating Paris after all the fighting was finished. He showed his gratitude to the British twenty years later by refusing them entry to Europe, starting the Euro skeptic movement in Britain

@tallaganda83 why is he a hero? Because he hides in a bunker and makes good propaganda copy for the USA so the Ukrainian people can bleed for them in their proxy war against Russia that America has been pushing for the past decade knowing full well Ukraine would get wrecked?
