  1. So 5 minutes in I've got a couple of ideas. Put both clocks in the middle of the kilometre, synch them up and then move them in opposite directions at the same speed half a kilometre. Presumably they'll both slow by the same amount and therefore remain in synch? Alternatively have another laser machine rather than a mirror that shoots a laser neck in the opposite direction upon the detection of the first laser?
