Rumble there are actually wide variety of interpretations and practices within Islam. if you follow biblical law literally, as some fundamentalist Christians would advocate, it is just as repressive and medival as fundamentalist Islam. Luckily both sets are in the minorityz the vast majority of Muslims are moderate.

  4. Rumble I can quote plenty of Bible texts that advocate equally horrendous actions. Have you seen punishment for wearing clothing of different materials or of cutting your hair? It's not the religion its how its interpreted, and how it is used for power. People burned midwives and called them witches in the name of Christianity in the middle ages, and people preach hatred and voilence in the name of Islam today. Other people preach hatred and voilence in the name of Christianity, or money, or against a religion. Theres even people who preach hatred and voilence and kill people in the name of Christian pro life. Pro-life Christians killing other Christians in America. Perhaps we should view all Pro-life Christians as a threat now, or even all Christians.

Saudi Arabia is the home of and promotes radical voilent extremism against the west and other Muslims, was responsible for 911 and the attacks in Paris etc yet they're the Muslim country western governments are allied with? The fact that there are moderate and secular Muslim nations and people fighting against them doesn't seem to be computing

  7. Patrick C I'm safer anywhere in Britain than I am in an American school, statistically speaking. in fact, based on 2015, I'm safer in Britain than in American schools, churches or cinemas.
