  4. If the British were so bad, why are Indians speaking English and following British traditions and form of government? After all, you don’t see the Chinese or the Koreans speaking Japanese or following Japanese customs. Could it be that despite all the horrible things done during colonialism, the Brits also left many useful things that allowed India to become what it is today?
