  1. This is an utter farce. First channel 4 fail to explain inflation to the public for months now. Literally the job of news media to inform the public on things like this impacting their lives. Negligence in your duty to the public. Then they utterly misrepresent what the Tory chairman said, when he accurately pointed out that the requested pay increases would only increase inflation further. Then Channel 4 let a union boss come on, fail to ask her any real questions about inflation and let her talk complete gobshite. No one suggested nurses don't feel the cost of living crisis, EVERYONE is feeling it. But you can't get out of inflation by increasing wages, that just increases inflation and leaves everyone worse off including those whose wages went up. What use is an extra £10 a week if it causes your bills to go up by another £30 a week? Repeat that behaviour and you get structural inflation. Please look it up. This isn't a partisan issue, it effects everyone the same regardless of political affiliation and things can turn unimaginably bad within hours if inflation isn't kept under control. What the unions are trying to do is bad for everyone, it's bad for you. It will make your life worse. Learn about inflation. Please. Please.
