  1. It's time to legislate them back to work. The nurses who strike should be forced to meet in person, on a one-on-one basis with the families of patients who die or receive life long injury as a result of the strikes and explain to them in person why their unrealistic pay demands were worth the family members life. Look them in the eyes and explain it. Strikes would end tomorrow
