If there really were a group think issue inside the organisation that required the chair to be replaced, and the chair has changed how the organisation functions, one would expect a high turnover of those people committed to bias activism and group think. So it's not necessarily an indication of anything but the organisation changing.

Of course if there were the problems Truss discussed as requiring a new chair, then one would expect a high turn over of staff whom were dedicated to those ideological issues as the organisation changed. Such a turnover of staff in a limited timespan isn't in and of itself an indication of anything. Official independent bodies should not be vehicles for activism, particularly where that activism does not represent the general consensus of the public the organisation represents. Edit: The use of actors for every spoken piece in this report seems quite telling

  3. Yes, you can replace all of the employees quitting, and you can do so with people whom are not activists.
