  1. Yes. Ukraine's. All states deny involvement in these kinds of things, you don't take their word for it. Just like Ukraine attacked Germany via Nordstrom I & II. If the Donbas didn't have vast untouched oil and gas reserves, the west wouldn't be interested in Ukraine in any capacity let alone sending all these billions in resources.

It's clearly not capable of, lest trying to, attack anything. That's not the point of the thing. It's hilarious that you imagine someone is flying this from kyiv. It's like claiming that no NATO countries have agents inside Russia either or vice versa or that Russia couldn't be involved in election fixing from outside Russia. Ludicrous. The point is to say to Russia "we're inside your borders, we can get to anywhere even the Kremlin." They went for the flag for what should be obvious symbolic reasons. They literally say that in this video.
