Not only have labour just told you at this conference that they aren't going to "rescue" the NHS, they've been campaigning for 2 years now that they're going to make it leaner by cutting services and funding. I get a strong sense that many labour supporters are so focused on their own wishful thinking, that they fail to understand where the country actually is economically, and Labours plans surrounding the future (which rely on growing the deficit they started in the first place).
