  2. Oh noes a natural disaster is happening it must be climate change /s 🙄 This volcanic eruption has as much to do with climate change as the germaic floods and the wildfires in Turkey and Greece earlier in the year. That is, nil.

  3. @Domingo Aguirre Precisely. A disaster zone declaration is a legal designation for funding, and is not the top funding designation possible for natural disasters. The worst of the event has to occur before it can be given a designation.
