  1. I have never understood the concept of mythology in general and organized religion in particular. On the one hand, we go to school, university, training. We are taught that you have to prove something in order for it to be believable. And on the other hand, billions of people - completely unthinking - believe in a 2000 year old storybook. A book that was written by smart people and used to control and keep down the many stupid people. And instead of being grateful for science and the age of enlightenment, people still run after the same fairy tales as 2000 years ago. People who say, "Harry Potter is fiction, but the guy in the book can walk on water". Don't get me wrong: I understand that a community can help people in need, but that doesn't require a storybook. Only compassion and willingness to help.
