  4. That is not really how it works, HIV is alot more tricky to develop a vaccine for as it is a virus particularly good at changing it's appearance towards the immune system. Meaning every vaccine needs to be made for a particular individual, now they have found some common links that migth get the immune system to respond to a larger set of HIV cases, but it is still in trials.
