Sure, if you have a hybrid with 80 km range, but most often they have less than 50 km range. And even at that, having to always plug them in is a hassle.
I am however all for not buying HUGE cars, like Tesla S or another huge one, a small car is fine, 50-70 Kwh is okay đ
Fast charging infrastructure is not too bad compared to the already existing network of pumps for fossil fueled cars, not to mention refineries, oil pipelines, drilling riggs, etc. We can do it.
