  3. As of June 2024 Ukraine has 900,000 Active, 1.3 million reserve, 100,000 paramilitary (foreign mercenaries and civilian militias). Russia has 1,320,000 Active, 2 million Reserve and 250,000 paramilitary (foreign mercenaries, very few civilian militias). Note: Russia Totals are for the entire nation, so many of the troops are used for local "security" (read: population control) all throughout Russia. Yeah, Russia just not have enough troops to win.
