@rambleon2838 : It was publicly advertised. As discussed in the video. Jake said Ukraine needs to get smarter about publicising such things, as the Russians will seize any opportunity to target civilians and pretend they had a, “legitimate,” reason. John Sweeny is not at fault in any way here.

Isn’t that blackmail!? “Join up for your improved NOT wages, or have officials trawl through every record that exists on you since the date of your conception, guaranteed to find, ‘crimes,’ whether they exist or not, and you’ll be sent to the front lines as a prisoner or a volunteer.”

@stevehill4615 : You would just see impassive stares, of the type they’ve been trained since they were kids to wear. When you’re being threatened and blackmailed by the authorities in Russia, that’s just called, “another Monday.”

@andresilvasophisma : Yes, a lot of us would like that, but he has a serious health condition, so even asking him would probably feel inappropriate, except in exceptional circumstances? So I doubt it will happen soon, even though it would be great. Even Artur Rehi has just released a video on how the psychological strain is taking its toll on him, despite not being on the battlefield. It’s rather touching.
