That war dance says it all. High spirits indeed. Your channel always finds the perfect balance of coverage, analysis, pitch and toneđź‘Ť
On a different topic though, I can’t get one question out of my mind. A while back, you showed a brief video of Ukrainian paratroopers training, doing jumps from an aircraft. As I hear about these, “dug in,” Russian positions, I’m reminded of how the Normandy landings overcame the Nazis, partially at least, by airdropping and glider dropping men and material behind enemy lines and taking out key positions. As an airforce man yourself, I was wondering what you think of that as a strategy? Is there any place for that in modern warfare? Or would it be impossible with modern detection systems? Were you just enjoying putting out footage that makes the Russians afraid of all fronts, even above their heads? Or do you see the silent, engineless (thus, with no heat signature to trace) gliders of WWII potentially making a comeback?
If it was me in a position of power in Ukraine, I would certainly be asking the question at least, until someone with expertise could explain to me why it would be a bad idea, liable to get a lot of Ukrainians killed for nothing?

@Brotherdweeb : All of Jake’s regular viewers know the context in which he’s making these remarks, but you raise a fair criticism, for any new comers. I confess, I was originally put off from my first viewing of this channel, back when I was skimming through several outlets to see who was propagandising for the Ruskies and who was telling the truth, after hearing him say some stuff which was all ironic and sarcasm, at a time when sarcasm is virtually dead on the internet. It wasn’t until a few weeks later, when I checked to see if I’d been hasty that I realised my mistake. It’s a sad but real fact that people are just looking for excuses to misinterpret others these days, and they can do real harm. So, while some may role their eyes at your admonition, I do not. ✌️🇺🇦🇬🇧
