I could believe that Russia is being run by a committee, which would explain why their decisions have been so uniformly stupid over the last few years. But, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. And the one thing all of the items in this compendium of speculations and allegations have in common is that they have zero evidence to back them up. Therefore, they should be rejected, (even if they can be enjoyed in the way we can all be entertained by high concept speculations) out of hand.
