@bruces6347 : We should add that Mexico would do what South Africa did a year ago and simply tell him not to come, or they’ll be forced to execute their warrant. Putin will not try to force anyone’s hand here.

@carlosw1687 : Why not? Explain, perhaps? It is the, “law,” we’re talking about. SA is closer to Russia in its cooperation and dependence on shady deals. Yet they disinvited Putin from the BRICS conference. A black eye politically for Putin.
