  1. Putin likes to be, “out of town,” when things are going bad. He’s been doing that since forever. 1) It allows him to be somewhere else if there is an uprising, protest, coup, etc. 2) It provides him essential, “plausible deniability,” which he uses to say that other people were responsible for whatever went wrong, while he was away. Standard playbook stuff.

  2. If you are going to keep asserting that Putin is no more, please show us your extraordinary evidence for your extraordinary claim? Please, “put up or shut up,” as they say. I have asked for this evidence before, but get no response.
