@markj6854 : Except the Treaty of Versailles didn’t have an easy, “End all Sanctions today,” clause in it. This one does. The despair of having no point in the future at which to see things get better was what lead to Germany’s rebellion against that treaty. And Europe’s indecision in the face of Germany’s rearmament. This is WAY different. A whole country, for the sake of one man? . . . You do the math?

Sadly, it’s obvious we have to really double down with more sanctions until these people depose their dictatorship.

@hannahdyson7129 : We can only hope the people will rise up and not let them shuffle the deck from within the Kremlin once again? You’re probably right, but I hear that some of those Kremlin Kleptocrats are people too . . . Though I’m not convinced.
