Yeah, and things have changed in training. “You know how I know that? Because we get told about all changes in training policy, so we don’t go out and break the law, like Chauvin did.” I mean, I get that the defence is supposed to try anything that might work, but surely they can do more harm than good by clutching at straws? Don’t they have their own careers to think about? 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

And, presumably, cops are updated in changes in policy, right? So they don’t go out and break the law, when things change? How else would this homicide cop KNOW training has changed, unless he’d been told about the new training, right? 🤷‍♂️
