  1. They must have begun working out their settlement offers at Fox THE VERY MOMENT the judge sent this to trial! Even his 130 page judgement closed down most of the stuff Fox planned to debate in court, and made it so the jury will be instructed that Fox is guilty as sin, and their only decision will be just how guilty as sin they are, and who should be singled out for, “special praise,” in this case! Dominion must be asking for something in the form of abject apologies and confessions by the guilty parties that even Fox is willing to risk $1.5 BILLION dollars for it? I so hope it goes to trial. Especially as it will overshadow trump, whilst exposing what a fraud he is, to his own fans. There’s no downside for Dominion, and certainly no reason to settle.
