  1. Twitter’s, “reach,” is a red herring. It’s a question of assessing the effect that Propaganda has on the, “individual,” and applying that conclusion, and subsequent judgment (legislation) to all cases. If you cannot find a, “one size fits all,” solution, to a single hypothetical, you can’t legislate. In this case, it should be quite simple, though. Consider what happened to Propagandists, who betrayed the free world, their home countries, and were then caught and brought to justice, after WW II? They we’re imprisoned or executed.   2. Seriously; they should issue licences for social media. Free Propaganda and Free Speech are different things. After WW II, they imprisoned and executed Propagandists. We are UNDER ATTACK and we NEED the balls to face up to that, and LEGISLATE ✌️
