Stoney Curtis : Wednesday is the big day, for America. If the IRS doesn’t hand over the Tax Returns to Ways & Means, they are breaking the law for political reasons, and can no longer be trusted as an, “impartial,” entity. The issue has NOTHING to do with Trump or his, “lawyers.” And, if Trump wants to stop his returns going public, he should be taking it up with W&M. The IRS should have no horse in this race whatever. Why should ANY American give ANY information to an entity that violates the Constitution and the Law, AND has a political agenda? We are protected, under the 1st, 4th and 5th Amendments, from having to put ourselves in that kind of jeopardy. I hope Class Actions break out all over America, if the IRS goes, “Political,” on Wednesday. As, they will have NO grounds to claim impartiality, or even lawful practices, if they don’t do their JOBS and hand over the docs. They have NO RIGHT to pick a side in this fight
