He’ll have to ADMIT that the reason for the Insurrection, “The Steal,” is a Seditious LIE, and he always knew it. This is why Lindsay Graham is SO AFRAID of witnesses testifying!? With no 5th, no ability to refuse to testify, and on live TV, let the trump cult hear what they lost everything for, from the mouths of those who lead them there?!

  3.  @pakelika100  : I’m afraid you’re wrong. No Senator, no Congress member can refuse testimony at an impeachment, if they’re a witness. They can be subpoenaed, and even resignation has no effect on that compulsion. And there is no 5th Amendment protection either, precisely because, as you pointed out, it is a political process, not a criminal proceeding. This is why, if you remember your history, so many incriminating testimonies have been heard in Senate and Congressional Inquiries in the first place. All those people, who would rather have been anywhere else, have destroyed their own, and other people’s, careers on the stand. Look it up. See, it’s less about what you would like it to be, and more about what it is. Why do you think Lindsay Graham is trying to persuade them NOT to call witnesses, making lame threats on TV? Why do you think Ted Cruz is using his TV time, walking back his, “belief,” in the Seditious LIE they call, “The Steal?” They are terrified of that whole lie being exposed as such, by them; the very people who spread it. I know my Constitutional Law . . . Believe me, bigly 😉

No amount of clumsy verbal obtuseness can right your TrumpTanic of an, “argument.” The best rebuke will be what actually happens, which you will see for yourself. Though you will probably close your eyes, stick your fingers in your ears and scream about cancel culture or some such nonsense. And, try to work on your self esteem. Losing an argument shouldn’t be as painful as you’re finding it? Most of all though, try to understand? You’re only a trump troll. No one is reading your lengthy babbling. I sure didn’t. A couple of lines is all you get. Learn to live with failure, or don’t? I don’t care. You can choose your lies, but not your facts. 😋
