The UK court case is not about if Assange is guilty its about if the US have submitted the right paperwork for him to be extradited

@水戸水脈 Just for your information they still are, after all its what spies do whose phones are the Japanese spies tapping?
1
@eong5603 if you think the US is the fore-bearer of protectors of human rights and free speech what harm is there in having his courtcase there?
1
@Dylanesque don't let your inferiority complex get to you after all not everyone can be born in gods country
1
@Dylanesque not really I am used to the UK being hated on Social media
1
@Dylanesque this is one sore we have been trying to get rid of for the last 11 years
1
for the UK its just a paperwork excersie and the US have submited the right paperwork his real court case will be in the US
1
@eong5603 its not the issue to hand this is about extradition not his innocence or guilt

the UK has an extradition treaty with the US if the paperwork is correct suspects are sent to the US for their court case, The out come of this hearing was never in doubt
1
@jarveyjaguar4395 That you know the name of the person that was choked and the people that did it, When the US passes a law saying that suspected should be choked to death when arrested then they would be on the same level as china
1
@jigsaw2253 so he can expose more in the trail for his defence if he wants
1
@margaretwilson8736 you think the US would invade the UK for this guy???
1
@margaretwilson8736 that you think the US could have taken Assange by force at any point.??? you really think this was an option
1
the only reason he was not already in the US was his health Once the US stated they would look after him it was over, All the talk about press freedom and war crimes is just not relevant it may help in his US court case but the UK one is just about the US submitting the right paperwork to get him sent over
1
who knew he was that scared of the Swedish courts that he would imprison himself for years
1
@mihailhidler5400 we have an extradition treaty with the US we believe that his rights will be protected by a fair court case in the US
1
no country wants even the newspapers ended up hating the guy
1
but he will run away again
1
who are you?
1
they never even raised it with Andrew it was just a bit of blackmail that did not pay off
1
@dcikaruga big deal who has not tortured people now and then
1
@eong5603 a country that has a legal system that the UK courts believe is fair and has agreed an extradition treaty with the UK has requested this person is sent to them for trial we have also extradited people to the EU. In none of those cases was the guilt of the suspect decided in the UK court it was decided in the courts of the countries that requested the suspects some were found innocent some guilty
