@jeddvillaspin3379 thats for a court to determine
7
the US would have agreed not to request the death penalty its standard for US extraditions
5
@davidbarlow6860 The UK high court has found that Anne Sacoolas had diplomatic immunity while in the country under the Vienna convention on diplomatic relation
3
why she has immunity like any of diplomat
3
@no_rubbernecking he is an Australian, wanted originally by Sweden now by the US but its the UK that has had to deal with the whole mess for the last 12 years its cost the UK tax payer millions and all that happens is the UK legal system has been dragged unfairly through the mud trying to sort it out
3
@mc2594 he could have left to go to Sweden or the US to face his accusers he chose not to and to challenge his extradition to Sweden which he did it while being on bail it was only when the original hearing turned aganist him that he then jumped bail and hid in the embassy when he came out he was given a sentence for jumping bail it was then that the US asked for his extradiction as his past action showed him to be a flight risk he was not given bail so was kept in jail while the hearing took place
3
@no_rubbernecking they have never broken such a commitment yet when made for extradition if they did it would be the end of extradition for the US and they know it
3
In the UK we want him gone US Sweden Australia we don't care he has been a pain to the UK for years and he has nothing to do with us apart from being here when extradition was asked for
2
@desmondmccallum2916 as of April 2013, 38 individuals have been extradited from the US to the UK.
2
@no_rubbernecking that would be nice, its does seam to be forgotten that the UK courts are not saying he is guilty all they are saying is that the US have charged him and have filed the paperwork requesting his extradition his defence is not about his guilt or not but the care he would get in the US legal system.
2
@celiad6012 no one made him look like a bail jumper that is the one crime we know he is guilty of his supporters in the UK covered his bail and he run out on them for which he got 50 wks jail time and the label of a flight risk
2
its nothing but law other wise we would have loved to dump him on to someone else
2
it has nothing to do with your government
2
I thought he had used up all his appeals thats why it had gone to the Home sec
2
@markmarkmark1821 its a country run by law not YouTube comments
1
@desmondmccallum2916 as of 2013 it was 38 total but as i am not involved in extraditions id do not know any more recent data do you?? but as this all postdates 2010 and Assange's leaks what is the problem you have with the dates its already proven your "America won't extradite their own to UK" to be wrong
1
@lochnessamonster1912 well no one believes in the UN
1
just following the law he has rasied his concerns and they have been found wanting so now he gets to stand trail in the US
1
@gluteusmaximus1657 they never could nor should they they have to obey the same laws as everyone else
1
why now he gets his day in court to defend his actions
1
@Alex Joe no i want this guy gone ASAP
1
@Morbugen1 yes they can be its call spying
1
@Alex Joe lol
1
official secrets are secret, its the same in every country
1
predates Ukraine this started in 2010
1
Biden, Trump or Obama this dates back to 2010 its a US courtcase not a president issue
1
@celiad6012 really why not just extradite him direct from the UK the USA lapdog instead of extraditing him twice
1
@no_rubbernecking so its all the fault of Sweden that they could not keep hold of him that he has been costing me money for the last 12 years
1
@jens5934 do please tell his defence team
1
@celiad6012 you say that as if rapists not facing court while the statue off limitation runs out is a good thing, That is not the view of the UK which is actively trying to improve its rape conviction rate
1
its nothing to do with them its a courtcase no politics
1
the US completed the paperwork thats all it is
1
publishing official secrets and possible hireing/recruiting people to get them lets watch the courtcase in the US and find out
1
no but they filled in the paperwork correctly so off to the US he goes
1
so is there any country that does not have secrets that illegal to tell?
1

1
@KentonJoseph was it not that he encourage/trained people to obtain the classified information in truth i am not sure lets watch his courtcase in the US and find out
1

1
