I'd like to see Russia take on NATO. They can't even take on territorial defence forces in Kyiv. Where is the 40 mile tank convoy outside of Kyiv?

@areuaware6842 well you got me there. I wish I lived in Russia then in case of a nuclear attack. In every other conceivable situation. I'm fine here. Or when I build my house. I'll take this into consideration and build a fallout shelter.❤

@areuaware6842 yes there is one 30km away from my house. 100 000 square feet with 4 levels. Coordinates are as follows 45.3517° N, 76.0477° W

@SpreadGuts Russia, China and the United States have the most advanced hypersonic weapons programs, but other countries including Japan, Germany, India and Australia are also developing them, according to the CRS report.

@SpreadGuts Google says "The United States has actively pursued the development of hypersonic weapons—maneuvering weapons that fly at speeds of at least Mach 5—as a part of its conventional prompt global strike program since the early 2000s."

@SpreadGuts 😂😂😂 its "has" pursued not " had". They have to use pursued in the past tense as an adjective to describe the noun which is hypersonic missle in reference to the early 2000s which is in the past, you donut 😂😂😂. If the sentence said "The United States "HAD" pursued a hypersonic missle system in the early 2000s it would refer to the notion that it no longer exists. However the statement that I posted says "has" as in they are in position of these missles since they have been developing the technology as of the early 2000s. English is tough I get it....

@SpreadGuts you know what, I apologize. I shouldn't get defensive of people's understanding of the English language. But can you see the mistake you made strictly speaking about the sentence you were referring to? And how "has" and "had" can change the meaning of the sentence? It's important we progress in literacy in the english language and this is a good lesson for all of us here. As for your argument, it says the US is upgrading its tech from the early 2000s with the introduction of the Hypersonic Conventional Strike Weapon ($928 million) and AGM-183A Air-launched Rapid Response Weapon ($480m) produced by Lockheed Martin. When those 2022 systems will be available, I have no idea. But to think the US doesn't have the talent or capability with its 800 billion dollar defense budget larger then China and Russia combined is nonsensical.
