  3. I kind of like it, but I’d rather have the people running for office to pass a constitutional test. They should know what their swearing to uphold. But you’re right, they’d twist it. Anyway isn’t this against the 14th amendment? It’s definitely against the Voting Rights act of 1965. Seriously unimpressed by this.

  4. It’s already covered. Even public recording is covered (FBI got nailed for tapping a phone booth back in the 30s) But like every other right, it’s being bulldozed.
