Left a beach towel hanging on your porch to dry? He’d call Extra car in your driveway? He’d call Left a garage sale sign up overnight? He’d call It was almost a religious fervour with him. He was doing gods work and would be greatly rewarded for his deeds. Okay, he didn’t say that, but he reminded me of the religious nuts I grew up with.

  6. Yep. Our city got “grow op capital of Canada” one year. Solution? Quit busting grow ops. Just because your tenant is shovelling dirt into the basement window doesn’t mean anything. Oh and you’re not allowed to look but when they leave you are responsible for bulldozing the house to the foundation & the bill for their stolen electricity. And they wonder why there’s no rentals available?
